How far in advance can we reserve our transfer with Sunstate Transportation?
Our clients reserve from two to four weeks in advance. Our online reservation system should allow you to book your reservation as late as 72 hours prior to your first pick-up.

How do we make sure you have received our online reservation?
Soon after you have completed submitting your reservation, you should receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided to us. We always recommend you review this confirmation email to see if everything is consistent with your wishes. Contact us should you have any questions or concerns by replying to your email confirmation.

How do we make changes to our existing reservation?
You can log onto our reservation system to retrieve your own reservation. Just tell us the changes and a new confirmation will be sent to you.

Does Sunstate Transportation provide car seats and booster seats? Are there limits?
A complimentary booster seat is provided upon request with town car and limousine reservations. A complimentary car seat and a booster are always placed in our luxury passenger vans. We recommend that you request the seats you need when filling out our online reservation form. Due to high demand on our car seats and booster seats requests we can only provide you one car seat and one booster seat when reserving a van.

Does Sunstate offer a quick stop on the way the resorts? Would there be a fee?
Sunstate doesn’t schedule a stop. However, you are encouraged to check with your driver to see if his/her schedule permits to accommodate you with your special needs. No, there is no fee.

On the reservation form, you ask "actual arrival time" as well as "actual departure time". How do you know when to pick us up from the airport?
Based on the flight information you provide us when you make your reservation:
On the day you arrive we will monitor your flight. Once your flight lands your driver will wait 20 to 30 minutes at the baggage claim area with your name on a sign. This will give you enough time to make your way to the baggage claim area.
* It is important that we have your "accurate flight number" as well as your "accurate arrival time".
* Please remember to notify our office in the event your flight number or flight time has changed from what is originally on the reservation information. If you fail to do so, you will be considered a NO CALL – NO SHOW

How do we arrange return pick up time?
Your return pick up time is scheduled typically two hours prior to your departure time. Since the drive time is 30 minutes to MCO, one and one-half hours will give you ample time to get through security at Orlando International Airport. (This is merely our recommendation!) If you feel the need to adjust the time, please call our office the day before you are scheduled to return to the airport to discuss the changes.

Your return pick up time is scheduled typically two hours prior to your departure time. Since the drive time is one hour to SFB, two hours will give you ample time to get through security at Sanford Airport. (This is merely our recommendation!) If you feel the need to adjust the time, please call our office the day before you are scheduled to return to the airport to discuss the changes.

We have other friends/family members coming into Orlando the same day but at a different time. If we wish to ride together how can we arrange this?
When reserving online, we ask you put the airline, flight number and arrival time of the person/group that is arriving the latest on the form and ADVISE the family arriving early, to make their way to the baggage claim area of the flight arriving the latest to meet with rest of your group and your driver. Do we need to call and confirm our return trip with your company?
Sunstate Transportation will always attempt to give you a courtesy reminder call the day before you are scheduled to return to either MCO or SFB airport. We will use the cell phone number you provide. However, we encourage you to call us to reconfirm your return trip.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that all cancellations be made within 72 hrs. If you cancel within 48 hours, your credit card will be charged a processing fee of $50.00. If you cancel within 24 hours, your credit card will be charged a one way rate for the vehicle you have reserved.

In the event that you are faced with circumstances beyond your control, i.e. your plane couldn’t leave the airport because weather conditions or you have a family emergency, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make necessary arrangements for you to use your credit for future travel with our company.

What is a NO CALL NO SHOW?

A NO CALL NO SHOW will happen in the event that
1) your flight has been cancelled
2) your flight has been delayed
3) you missed your flight
and you fail to contact us to inform us of the change.
In this case, our driver will be awaiting you at the airport and you do not arrive at the "actual arrival time" you have given us on your reservation information.

How does Sunstate Transportation handle lost and found items in one of its vehicles?
Sunstate Transportation is not responsible for items left and/or lost in our vehicles. We urge our guests to be sure to gather their belongings prior to leaving the vehicles. If, in the event we find your item left in our vehicles, rest assured, we will make every effort to return it to you.

Yes, we do provide service to Port Canaveral, Disney Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Carnival Cruise lines. For the best rate to these destinations we recommend you check our bundle rate.

What is drive time from the Orlando Airport/surrounding resorts? From Disney/ Kissimmee /Universal/International Drive area resorts?
The drive time from the Orlando Airport or its surrounding area to the cruise terminal at Port Canaveral is about 45 minutes. From Disney/Kissimmee/Universal/International Drive area resorts is about one hour and 20 minutes.

Where are the pick-up and drop-off points at the cruise ships? What are the pick-up times?
Pick-up and drop-off points are located right outside of the cruise ship you schedule to sail on. This will be communicated to you by your driver. Pick up time is usually decided by you. Of course, your return pick-up time would have to be decided prior to boarding the ship so that we can be there for you at a pre-arranged time. Typical pick-up times for most of the cruise ships are anytime between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. If you must leave early you can leave Disney Cruise Line as early as 7:30 a.m.

Yes, we can accommodate you with the additional transfers. We urge that you let us know in advance. For doing so, you will get a 20% discount from this additional round trip transfer to the attractions. Sunstate Transportation does not have a place to store luggage. However, we recommend that you check with your carrier. Some airlines will allow you check your bags early. In some cases you might even be able to check it on the cruise ship.
